Black Tie Blue Jackets Style Show
Presented by Kelly BMW & Capital Style
Wednesday, February 27, 2013- Nationwide Arena
The Columbus Blue Jackets will show support for children fighting cancer
in one of the most unforgettable benefits of the year, the Black Tie Blue Jackets Style Show, presented by Kelly BMW & Capital Style on February 27, 2013 at Nationwide Arena to celebrate the courage of our pediatric cancer Heroes as they walked side-by-side with Blue Jackets celebrities in an incredible runway show.
Set on Center Ice at Nationwide Arena, the event included cocktails, fabulous food,
and live and silent auctions, all leading up to the evening’s Style Show featuring pediatric cancer Heroes and Blue Jackets celebrities. The Foundation is proud to announce that this past year’s show raised
a record-breaking $200,000 with $52,000 alone coming from the Fund the Hope portion of our live auction. Pediatric cancer remains the Foundation's signature focus and we are proud to invest these funds into local partnerships with organizations like Nationwide Children’s Hospital, A Kid Again and Flashes of Hope.
Thank you to all who helped us celebrate these Heroes’ triumphs, while paying tribute to
their strength, hope, and courage, by joining us at last year's event. We hope that you can continue your support at the event on February 27, 2013.
