Hockey Equipment Swap presented by OhioHealth

The Columbus Blue Jackets, Chiller Ice Rinks, and Blue Jackets Foundation invite hockey players of all ages to clean out their closets and grab some hockey gear this summer at the 2009 Blue Jackets Foundation Hockey Equipment Swap presented by OhioHealth.

How It Works:

Donate used hockey equipment of any size at the Chiller Dublin, Chiller Easton, or Chiller North anytime between now and September 7 during the Chiller's normal operating hours.

As a thank you for all who donate, the Blue Jackets Foundation will be providing a buy one, get one free ticket voucher for Jackets home games in October and November (donation must include a pair of skates, pair of gloves, or a helmet.  Limit one voucher per person per drop.  Offer does not include Opening Night).

Join us for the Swap!
Sunday, September 13 from noon - 5pm at Chiller North
FREE admission to the swap which will feature:
     - Skates: $20/pair
     - Helmets: $10 ea
     - Gloves: $10/pair
     - All other equipment: FREE
     - Stinger, raffles, goodie bags, and more!

In addition, OhioHealth will be on hand with information about injury prevention and the Chiller will provide a free public skate from 1:30-5pm for those who purchase gear during the event.

The Blue Jackets Foundation is dedicated to helping families break the barrier of entry into the sport of hockey and enabling children to continue playing during tough, economic times.  Please help us make this a successful event for all!

All proceeds raised at this event will be dedicated by the Blue Jackets Foundation back to the hockey community at the end of the season.
